The pursuit of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The degree to which an individual experiences health and vitality in any
dimension of their life. Overall wellness would be described as the sum of all life’s dimensions.

There are eight life dimensions to Wellness. They are Move Well, Eat Well, Think Well, Work Well, Love Well, Pray Well, Sleep Well and be Well Adjusted.
